Lol, so as a consumer I am to enjoy anything that is supplied to me? I thank the people who made these games, as they did put alot of hard work into it for our enjoyment and their salary xD.... that in NO way means I have to enjoy the games, these are all of opinion sir. :)

FF13. I don't know how that game got average-high reviews.

MGS4. It was fun, but not the second coming people make it out to be.

GTAIV. Little to no fun factor, yet it scored high.

To each his own, though.

GTA IV: it was fun but not really a ten out of ten.

Being overrated has nothing to do with its popularity. It's overrated by critics, and I feel a lot of liberties were taken with this game because it's one of the early PS3 releases.

All the latest COD games & also GTA 4.

for me its infamous, uncharted 1 and 2 and MGS4. They aren't bad games but they are def made out to be much better than they are by sony fans.

i know exactly what type of games i enjoy so i rarely care how much people say a game is good or bad. the only time i fell in that trap was when i got VALKYRIA since many many gamers were praising it. and i found it OVERRATED.

Little Big Planet.

Uncharted 2 is easily the king of overrated games.

Heavy Rain should really take the cake here. I like to consider myself a very open minded fellow, but I have never had as much trouble as I do trying to understand how anyone could enjoy this game.

Personally I don't care for Uncharted 2, but I will not say it's overated because I perfectly unserstand why people can enjoy it so much

Take Batman: Arkham Asylum off that list and add Uncharted Series, Killzone 2, Little Big Planet and Modnation Racers. You get my list.

Red Dead Redemption

It's just GTA with cowboys and horses. It got incredibly boring for me.

Uncharted 1- 7.5, completely average gameplay with great production values

MGS4 (great game, not a perfect 10,or even close, and the more time that passes the less I like it)

GTA4 was way over rated by critics ( incredibly repetitive, cover system & gunplay are inferior to games like Gears) still great game

Infamous- great game, not AAA

Burnout Paradise- okay game , maybe 7.5, worst Burnout on a console imo

Batman AA- this is an 8.0 imo, not AAA or GOTY material

Everything Rockstar makes. GTA and Red Dead Redemption is fun for two days, then it just goes into tedious repetition until the game feels like a chore. How they came to be the pinnacle of gaming these last generations is beyond me. I can count on one hand, people I know in person, that likes Rockstar games. Everyone else hates them with a passion. I actually felt GUN was a way better game than RDR.

Uncharted 2. The story was so bad, I couldn't make myself finish this game. It was like an Indiana Jones fan-movie.

Lol, this thread is completely based off opinions, I simply asked, what games YOU find overrated.

Wow, breezing through the comments, I think a lot of people's opinions are interesting. I personally don't think that GOW3 or RDR are overrated. GOW3 was just as good as all the others in its series, which are amazing. RDR is an amazing game, and it was probably one of my favorite games from 2010.

Anyway, I definitely think that GTA4 was overrated. In fact, I think the entire GTA series is overrated. San Andreas was really the only one I could ever get into.

Read Dead Redemption. I think it's one of the most overrated games of all time.
