OK so I had it preordered at Gamecrazy and I went down to get the beta disk and put some more money down on it and the clerk tells me they cancelled it and he'd move all my credit towards the regular edition. Anyone else here this?:?
I thought about pre-ordering the LE edition, but I figured a year or so after the game comes out a super special awesome edition will be released. I have a hard time justifying paying an extra 15 dollars on a couple videos and a metal case:?
I preordered my MGS4 LE like two days ago at gamestop. Just wating for the MG Saga volume 2 DVD and the code for the Beta of MGO. Hopefully they got it today.
I will most likely get this game but i'm not paying that much for the LE edition, i'll get the regular edition, and i don't plan to buy the seperate online game so I don't need the beta codes. Also not preordering, ill walk in and get it launch day.

Maybe, maybe not, remember the extra editions of MGS came out on the PS2. Now with the PS3 Kojima can easily release extra content via PSN without having to rerelease.

I totally understand but MGS is my fav. game. If there is any game I would spend extra on it would be MGS.
The beta CDs are out now some stores are late to get them possibly try tomara, but the beta doesnt start untill 20th or so ive heard idk ima get my copy tomorrow for sure

I wouldn't say the whole DLC thing is that far along yet. There are still many people (myself included) who could care less about DLC. I doubt Konami would overlook that segment of it's consumer.
