MGS: Portable Ops question

I'm really interested in getting this game and can only find Portable Ops Plus. Is this the same as the original portable ops game with just an add-on pack or is it just solely on add on for the original game? seems the original is being a **** to track down (im in canada).

Plus has no story mode.... it's a bunch of training missions for solo mode. The main purpose of it was online play.

The orginal should be outthere.... there are greatest hits version still being sold. And even though Amazon.com shows the orginal, if you buy it from them...you will recieve the one with the red band, similar to the konami link. I bought my version about 4 weeks ago from Amazon.... Don't know if either ship to Canada, though....
