does anyone know where to recruit Ocelot units? the one in mask with a red beret, i cant seem to find it anywhere

Use snake to choke hold them from the back and then carry them back to the trunk.

U can't find the Ocelot unit ingame. Unless recruiting them by killing them online in RC mode or scanning around for them using the GPS or Wifi-scanner.
