Ok I downloaded the file and it's said installing (Automatic). Now I can't find any file to instal it. I play TDM and it's not there. HEELLLLLLLLPPPPPPPP!!!!!!
I also have the same problem. Let it do an auto install after i started the game. No Maps. Quit out restated console. Saw the map pack under inthedownloaded items inthegames section and reloaded it and still no maps. At least I have areceipt!! Might try a reinstall if it lets me.:(
guys, when you are searching for a game look at the bottom three choices. its variety TDM,Variety Objective, and variety hardcore. with double XP weekend. later in the week i believe they would be tossed in with the regular rotation and or there will be an update for just DM, cuz i have not been able to play killhouse online.

yeah the first week its its one game type though i believe killhouse is only for cage matches and it will stay that way. so go to the bottom and look for the game types with variety pack in the title

When looking for a game mode it should be at the bottom "variety TDm, Varitey Objective, etc". They said they were going to put the new maps the the old playlists next week. SO for now, the maps have their own playlist.
wow, this means i was really lucky without even knowing it. i am in europe, own the us version of the game and also bought the map pack from the us store (since 10EUR>10USD) and it works perfectly

Want to Uninstall the Call of Duty 4 Map Variety pack because you hate it? This is the way I did it. First go to the game data and saved data files and erase your COD4 files. Thats it! The Playstation Network saves your online progress so there is no worries there. The only thing is you have to remake your custom classes but your progress isnt lost! Ya still have all the ranks and weapons there. However, ya do lose your game progress but who really plays Modern Warfare for that!? Its all about the online play!
the 4 levels are killhouse, creek, chinatown, and brodcast. those maps arent really that good any way except for brodcast anyway sorry about the extra money u spent tho

it goes inside the game data utility folder after you install something game related which is an add-on
