MAG versus COD:MW2

This is for people who've played both MAG and COD:MW2.

I just have enough money for one game, and I'm really confused about which one to get. I'm more pointed towards COD:MW2 because I have MW1 and I used to be completely addicted to that game. However, MAG seems to be really fun with all the ranking and commanding squads and all that stuff.

I'm really confused. So please help. :D

I own both and would definitely say I prefer MAG.

MW2 is good, but for me it seems like CoD4 minus the great level design. I played MW2 online with friends for about 11 hours then got bored. As for MAG, the teamwork aspect plus the enormous scale makes it tremendous fun. Being a squad leader and looking down on the entire map RTS style and launching a cluster bomb over the swarms of red dots makes you feel so powerful. As for playtime, it's 25 hours and counting. I'm sure I'll be playing it for quite some time...

COD MW2

There are an absurd amount of threads regarding this same topic. You should read around a bit more, there are plenty of opinions on the forum about both games. I voted MAG, though ;)

Two different types of games bro...

MAG is an overall better game (with the squad based tactics), the only reason i would buy MW2 is for the split-screen multiplayer (cause online is garbage)

IMO, COD:MW2 is better... It has better Graphics and, also, single player + co-op...

2 very different shooters. COD MW2 run and gun. MAG tactics and team up.
