I received that poll and can offer up a few details. While the name MAG was not mentioned once in the poll, the description of the gameplay/type seemed VERY much like MAG. Here is a picture of the email that was sent to me.
To start with, there were a whole lot of questions asking your thoughts and opinions concerning what 3 possible features from a choice of 10 would you most like to see. Things ranging from increased clan sizes, to downloadable content, to being able to participate in a Beta. Once those had been answered, a few questions were asked relating to what systems you own, and play, and how many hours of each do you play them per day, week, etc. The next few questions asked if you played any MMO type games on your pc, and how much you paid per month to play for them. From there, you were given 4-5 options, each containing various prices and possible added features, and could only choose one of the 5. Each category had a different developer listed as a publisher, EA, Activision, Sony and one other, but I can't recall who at the moment, and pricing for each. For example, I remember one box had Sony listed with a flat price of $125 annually, giving you access to the game, additional clan sizes, personal clan chat rooms, access to the beta and so on. Prices ranged from 1.99 for per feature pricing, all the way up to 14.99 per month for certain packages. If you clicked on the "I wouldn't agree to any of these" catergory, it generated a new set of 5 boxes, filled with different options until you had selected one of the boxes with a pricing you agreed with. After saying "I would not pay for any of these" 10 times, I finally clicked on the EA as publisher, 4.99 a month with all features included so that I could go on with the survey.
That's pretty much the way the survey went. I guess it would have been a good idea to screencap a few times, but I didn't really bother with it. I still have the email, but when I try and click on the link, it simply says you already completed the survey, and thank you for your time. I guess we'll find out more on it later. Again, it didn't say anything about the name MAG, but...it sure does sound like it.
