I just got an email from Sony today giving me an LBP2 beta code, but when I put it in nothing happens. Im 100% sure I put it in right. What gives?

Same here, I believe the last 4 didgets are incorrect in the e-mail.

damn, i have the email too but i cant seem to redeem the damn code. my gf loves lbp, and me getting this email and giving her the code to play was going to make her day. but thanks to whoever that was sending the emails to us, Fked up badly

Mine didnt work either. Its a very generic code too. I thought maybe it was a placeholder and I needed to login to get it but it just doesnt work. I got mine at 12:01 am and I just got home and tried. Anybody get one today that works?

Yes the codes are all the same.

Media Molecule on tiwtter about 4 hours said they were adressing the problem and new ones are being worked on, debunking that it could be a scam.

yea, and it seems that most of us here HAVE the same code, i mean all 12 letters/numbers i dont know how or why? but i was so excited to get this beta. but damnit we need to figure this crap out

This is the message I got back from LBP2 team: Did you receive the code recently? There was an issue with the last patch of codes that will be fixed asap: http://forums.littlebigplanet.com/t5/General-Discussion/Problem-with-LBP2-Beta-Codes/td-p/326112 Hopefully that's the case and you will receive a working code soon.

I have the same problem. It is quite aggravating, however I won't mind if I eventually receive a real code! But dude, that was a serious bummer lol.

Any luck on Yahoo?I was able to find a way to have the mail go to plain text on Yahoo (you just reply/forward and there a option to put it plain text) but don't see the code.

Immense fun.

Dissapointing that there isnt any good levels online. There are some (spiderman, rpg, fps,) with great potential but they arent fun to play.

Hopefully more actual gameplay levels will show up.

According to MediaMolecule, The LittleBigPlanet2 Beta is being wrapped up and finished by the 15th of Januray. Meaning that the server that supports it is going down and the Beta will be offline for the game's release.
