haven't played it yet sooooooo...i cant really say

but it does look promising, but i dont think it will replace mgs4 as my favorite game on my ps3...

Best Online Ever: tie- COD4/LBP (depending what you are into).

The fun ends after 2 hours of playing. It keeps repeating itself. You might say but there are tons of levels you could create, and I have to say, this is when the game starts becoming boring. Creating levels? This feature is LBP's weak point because the replayability of LBP stands on that point which is "creating levels" and which some will find boring doing so. I tried creatinga level but failed cause of boredom. Not to mention the gameplay is VERY basic and not that challenging if you ask me. Ain't getting it when a week later Resistance 2 will be coming out.

I actually agree - I think that 5 years from now, when we're looking back on the lifespan of the PS3, LBP may well end up being considered the high point of the system's game library. That's no knock on MGS4 - it's amazing - but I think that LBP is doing more truly original stuff than anything else out there. It'll be the game of the year - there's a lot of people looking for something different than yet another FPS or action title, and LBP delivers that. Combined with the fact that I think LBP's continually changing online community will give it a longer replay life than any other title on the PS3, and I think this is the PS3's Mario/Sonic/Master Chief.

The only thing that frustrates me about LBP? The fact that I have to wait another long 7 days before I can play it again! Why oh why did the beta have to end?!? :cry:
