Konami Maybe Working On Suikoden Tierkreis Online

I hope this is true. It would deffantly bring the suikoden franchise sparkeling again.

Suikoden Tierkreis, An online MMORPG?

Im looking foward to the next suikoden, but I really hope they dont go to MMO.

Why not if Konami puts innof effort into it. It could become a real success. They said there working on it for the ps3,and psp. Tacticity

Where'd you see that? I can't see an MMO working to well with the PSP...

POint that would not fit about suikoden in a MMORPG POV

108 stars :
- i don't think limiting a mmorpg to 108 players would be wise
- removing the stars concept would detract from the suikoden storyWorld
- placing the 108 stars as quest NPCs would be lame as all the players would play second violins to NPCs O_o

One of the Suikoden's trademark as also been its big strategy combats (well ok big only refers to the numbers involved not the conplexity ) with the exception of Suikoden III :
- Strategy gameplay does not fit in mmorpg gameplay
- although it could be done as a real time concept with hundreds of soldiers duking it out, but i smell horrible lags and some sad pvp.

Suikoden as evolved into a political storyline which makes it really unique.
- being the 3000th players killing the duke of X because he is trying a coup d'état on the king would be really at the point where i'd be more sad for duke being stabbed so often then i'd be for the king that succeeded in keeping his throne O_o

And i don't want to pay monthly fees to play the game.

I hope the next Suikoden wont be online because im sure it will be the biggest failure for konami ever.
