Kingdom Hearts 3--The Release Rumors

Greetings GameSpot users, this is Venoroth53535, and I am here to start a little conversation about the new soon-to-be release of Kingdom Hearts 3. This new Kingdom Hearts release will be available on the PS3, DS, and PSP (each console has a slightly different version). The release date is not confirmed, but the release itself was confirmed at a Sony Game Convention in Japan (there are also videos on the web, and if you do some research, like I have, you will be able to read a general summary of the story, at least what people know before the game is released). Here are some links to some of the websites I visited to find out on some of the Kingdom Hearts 3 stuff. I didn't have time to post everything, I will leave some mroe links later, but if you take some time to research on Google, you'll find some good stuff. I do know that Sora, Kairi, and Riku are no longer main characters, matter in fact, the game takes place in the past, like before Sora. The story is about the three Keyblade Apprentices, they are almost like the founders/pioneers of the keyblades in a sense...King Mickey is still in the game. Well, seeya, any questions, mail me.

The PSP, DS and mobile phone games are NOT Kingdom Hearts 3. They are completely different spin off storylines.

Kingdom Hearts 3 will most likely be a PS3 exclusive but it has not yet been announced.

Sorry to say but you have it wrong. There is a PSP, DS, and cell phone version coming out all different. The PS3 is only rumors. Also the one on PSP "birth by sleep" is taking place before the origanal KH. They have even said there is no confirmed KH III for PS3 yet, even though most likely there will be one.dalscowboys22

u could consider the psp, ds, n phone version as kinda like kingdom hearts 2 and 1/2. almost like chain of memories in a sense. rsoxguy12

Considering that KH3 won't be released until after FF Versus... alright, i won't do the picture, I will just say it.. "FAIL"

Its not that Square is only working on FF13 and FF13vs its that the development team that's made the past 2 are working on versus(Nomura's team). Square does work on more titles than just FFs in the same time. But yes you are right about KH3 not starting production till probably about 6 months after the release of Versus.

At least Solaris didn't use the unmotivational criticising image anymore...but Solaris still said FAIL and had PcaMan leaving a trail of poo behind him...i will never look at PacMan (a true classic) the same way ever again...Venoroth53535

lol alright I will stop teasing you. Anyways, Nomura already said that anything beside Sora/Kairi/Riku (Sky/Sea/Earth)'s story would be side story lines and only he will be working on the main sequence for the Kingdom Hearts franchise. Since he's working on Versus atm, that means there is no way KH3 will be released until he's done with versus.

I am just teasing you because all this info are pretty old already and you are getting a lot of the facts wrong.

What do you mean..."predicitons???" I stated earlier (although it turned out to be a mistake), that there would be a KH3 coming out for the PS3, but somebody else said that KH3 may also come out for the PS3 later in 2009. I don't believe KH3 will be released anytime soon...just as dal had said...but i certainly believe that it will come out. If you notice the pattern, kingdom hearts came out in 2002, Kingdom hearts 2 came out in either 2006 or 2007, that's about 4-5 years later. That would mean that KH3 may not come out until about 2010...wait that's not right...well, the point is that it will EVENTUALLY (coming soon, Coming later, coming much later, coming maybe, coming...never...). that prediction. and there is no trend if there is only 2 so far, plus the development time between systems has changed. seeing as FF XIII is being worked on now and may not be realased until 2009, 2010 would still be early i would expect it maybe 2011

... if you want to get down to it. their names are similar, but clearly different. When i am talking about old info, it's the news you are posting, most of it were known over half year ago. KH's main storyline will stay on Sora/Kairi/Riku's involvement and what KH3 is going to be about. So when you jumped out to saying KH3's story aren't even going to be about Sora anymore, it's like a warning alert going on in full volumn...

i am not going to beat a dead horse anymore, but when you want to post old news, at least get it organized and read through it yourself. Posting here saying "don't have time to post everything" and S/K/R are "no longer main characters", well, you know what i am going to say about that.
