So i was browsing though kijiji.com looking for a ps3 and i came across this website:

http://service188.com/index.asp

With the exchange rate a brand new 40gb ps3 comes out to arounf 200 CAN

I looked around the site and under payment they accept Visa from the Bank of China. I was wondering is this some kind of chinese black market site for electronics. They even sell motorbikes.

What do you guys think?? Stay away from this??

I would go for it because worse that could happen is that you get a stolen piece of merchandise and if they pull you into court you can say you didnt know because it looked so real! and if they take your money and run you can just sue them through international court but that would cost money but you can also sue them for that too! win win situation to me :)

All THAT, to save a few hundred dollars? Wow.. is it even worth it to go through all that hassle. Most likely, they will take your money and run. And you wont be able to do a darn thing about it. Buy it full price like everyone else or go Ebay or Craigslist. Stop trying to get something from nothing.

Just by the URL, I can tell it's a scam. Stay far, far, away.

It's totally fake. I get Bank of China requests on eBay sometimes... It's very annoying.
