Is Playstation Store still undergoing Maintenance?

I've been trying to get on the Playstation Store for the past 4 days and it keeps saying its undergoing maintenance. Is this happening with everyone else?. I never ever use the PS store much at all, so i don't know if this happens a lot and if it happens for quite some time.

Any info would be nice, thanks :)
