Is it worth it buying a PS3?

If enough of the exclusives intrest you then yes, yes it is.

for me it's worth it but for you that already has an X360 i don't know. if you're interested in some of the exclusives games and blu-ray then yes but if you don't like any of the exclusives games then what's the point?

do you care about uncharted, MGS4, ratchet and clank, resistance? if the response is yes then it is definietly worth it.

Hell yes it is worth buying/getting a PS3!

I have had an Xbox360 for over 2 years and I too really like it as there are alot of great games for it and I have about 60 games for it. My friend has had a PS3 since it was launched in November 2006 and after watching him play games on it I decided to get my own PS3 that I have had now for just over a month and I really like it too as there are alot of great games for it as well and I have 6 games for it currently and I have been playing it more then my Xbox360.

I even have 2 games for my PS3 that I have had since they were launched on the Xbox360 because they look better and play better on the PS3 then on the Xbox360, and those two games are The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion and The Orange Box(the Half-Life games). There are a few other games that I have my Xbox360 that I will be getting on my PS3 sooner or later.

And of course the PS3 has built-in Blu-Ray which I do not have any Blu-Ray movies yet, but for now on when I do buy movies they will only be on Blu-Ray. Also regular DVD movies look great when playing through the PS3, and they look better and sound better then playing through any normal or upconverting DVD player that I have or had and I had quite a few over the years.

So again yes the PS3 is worth it, and I would recommend the 80gb Metal Gear Solid PS3 Bundle as that is the best deal.

Well if you would rather have free online play then yes it is worth it.

I've been wondering the same thing. The only reason I bought an Xbox over a PS3 was price. The PS3 is still expensive but I suppose it's worth saving for.
