do PS3 cases get scratched easily? I'm quite the picky person and take great care of my personal belongings, taking notice to not randomly throw things around and lose them. However, I had recently bought a couple of brand new/sealedPS3 games such as Infamous and have noticed immediate scratching on the cases (mostly the clear parts of the case)...I assume they're from moving the cases around and stacking them up on each other? Any who, it isn't really a big issue but slightly annoying since it makes brand new games look a bit...well, old.

Your thoughts/experiences?

My oldest game, Soul Calibur IV, doesn't have even the slightest scratch on the case.

I've seen how some retail employees handles games and it makes me crinch. There was this one girl at Bestbuy that opened the security case right in front of me and dropped the game quite a few feet above the counter and didn't even bat an eyelid.

My cases seem fine and I've moved my games back and forth from different living areas a few times in boxes and such. There's slight marks, but nothing too noticeable.

Mine aren't scratched but I did notice on my really early games that the gray/silver plastic casing is a little faded

I used to put my controller on top of my PS3 but after months of sliding it off there are noticeable lines on it and have since ceased putting it there. Now it's on top of my game cases. Go figure.

Some of the cases that I have, were slightly scratched when I bought it. I think the cases rub up against each other, and thats the cause ;)

I've noticed the clear top part of the case always get scratch most of mine are. Even when buying a game new the case is still marked but then again most places use the box as a display case and they keep the disc in the back which annoys me especially when the employee puts finger marks all over the disc.

I don't think I have any scratches on my collection, which is around 20 games that range from Resistance: Fall of Man. ;)
