Wondering.

wow that is one small TV xD. No it probably wont look that great, it will probably be blurry, buy an HD TV and get an HDMI cable.
Is the reason you say this because you have a 15 inch SD tv in your room and you asked for a ps3 for christmas?
Yea this.Well I've been playing my PS3 on a 19 inch SDTV, and it isn't too bad. It's just the text in some games is pretty hard to read

if its your only way of playing games then go for it
i personally wouldnt, my eyes are terrible enough as it is

Won't be as good as a HDTV it'll probably look bad though IMO I don't know because a couple of days before the PS3 was released my 10 Year old Sony TV brokeWondering.

HD is the only way to go with a next-gen console.
You wont get the full effect. Games look 10X better on an HD resolution.
Never mind then, Going on my console in the middle of the night idea goes then.
I'll just get caught on a 32 inch HD.
I played my ps3 on a 19" sd tv for over a yr before getting an hdtv. I would save for a small hdtv if I were you, at least a 19".
I got a dynex 32inch hdtv (720p) for a little over 300 bucks at best buy. You will definitely want to upgrade, but still get a ps3 and play on your sd tv until you can.
I did most of my PS2 playing on a 15" TV. But I would never even dare play a PS3 on such TV. I think you'll be missing out. I don't know, I just kinda feel PS3 was made for HD gaming on a big screen. It's like playing some of the older consoles on a B&W TV (I actually did play some games in B&W before, lol, imports).

Will uncharted 2 look good?
I doubt so, because: 1: Is really small. 2: Uncharted and many other PS3 games display even smaller in SDTVs because of widescreen mode.15 inch? My PC screen is 22 inch and is barely big enough for Sims 2! I play my games on a projector! Get a 32 at very least!
What kind of thread is this anyways? Use your logic. This guy makes too many iffy threads and posts too many iffy posts. He's always asking for obscene comparisons between games that have no business being compared or he asks some of the most obscure and confusing advice I've ever seen. I guess this is one of his more straight forward threads but this guy really makes me wonder.
Yeah I was going to say that. After playing in HD for so long, I could never go back to gaming on SDTV. Back on topic. I don't think it will look too good.Well I've been playing my PS3 on a 19 inch SDTV, and it isn't too bad. It's just the text in some games is pretty hard to read

Don't expect it to look good. Uncharted 2 would look the best on a Plasma or LCD but it won't look bad or anything. I think it's fine to use a 15", have fun.
