If I've played a whole lot of Burnout 3, is Burnout Legends worthwhile?

I love Burnout 3. I played that game to death when it came out, and wound up with over 95% completion - the only things left were the races in F1 cars. I've played Burnout Revenge, too, though it didn't strike my fancy nearly as much. I prefer the bright, Sega-inspired environments of 3.

Having said that, is Burnout Legends worth getting? It looks very similar to 3, with some aspects of Burnout 2 added in. But by and large 3 seems to be the main source of material for Legends. I wouldn't mind re-experiencing that game on a portable, but it'd be nice to have new content to look forward to.
