I think im gonna cry plz help

I was playing cod 4 and then my ps3 shut. and the red stand by was blinking then when i went to touch it it wasnt hot i touched the ps3 button it turned yellow then went back to blinking red whats is this also i was playing at 1080 p i have never done that is that the problem also can i fix it were do i send it in and what happens to my game saves!!!

Sorry but there basicly nothing you can do except send it to Sony and have them fix it and if you do that you lose your data

Well if it keeps giving you the yellow light then your PS3 is done,and sadly so are your saves.First unplug it for a while then plug it back in and turn it on.If not then I am sorry but your PS3 has officially died.K1LLR3175

Well here is the warrenty page.You do not lose your profile considering the fact that you can recover it onto your new PS3 when you get one.Your game saves are gone though.Sorry.

as long as you know your sign in ID and password, you can still download the things you have bought from the PS store from a different PS3

Backup your games saves, or else YOU WILL DIEShunjinko

Happened to me, it's the YLOD, your PS3 is dead, give it to Sony and pay extra if you have to fix it. No your online profile will not get deleted.b3yondstupidity

They fixed mine for free, didn't a red penny, and i didnt get the warrenty.
