A simply fantastic game. One of the funniest games I have ever had the pleasure of playing. Check out my review of the game, it says all that needs to be said. Gamespot's 7.5 rating is one of the most egregious reviews I have ever seen. Definitely worth picking up.

It was my first game I've played in the series and I am actually kind of sad I always put off buying the others.
I think it is a pretty damn good game, certainly it deserves at least 1.0 more than the gamespot score. Only main flaw really is it's repetitiveness, though for this genre it is to be expected, and weapons add a lot of variety :)
do not listen to what critics has said about this game..it's the best game in the series with great graphics, gameplay and its trademark sense of quirky humor. Buy it right now and you won't regret it.

Well it isn't meant to be hard. The last two bosses including the last gave me quite a challenge. I think I had to play each one 4 or 5 times before I beat them.

Yet it still averaged almost a 9 "even with the GS score." Yea games overlooked way to much. Good story. Maybe one of the best looking PS3 games. Depends on your choice or of Uncharted or Ratchet. And its not short. Not super long. But its not short. And the planets all differ from each other. So the look and feel, and atmosphere of each really changes from one planet to the next. Defiantly "and even the so called experts would agree" Most underrated, and overlooked game this gen.
Absolutely fantastic game. Like playing a Pixar animation. There is so much variety in weapons. Figuring out where all the extra stuff is can add a whole new dimension to the game. I will definitely be playing it through again in the future! It inspired me to go pick up a couple of the old PS2 titles. I picked up the original Ratchet and Up Your Arsenal.
its fun, and looks great, especial on hdtv. like its definitely on par with the first toy story movie. and im sure the next game will like like toy story 2 lol, it really does look good man.
Seriously underrated. Very colorful, fun... it's a bit on the easy side, but I like to have a game or two in my collection that I can breeze through, y'know? If I had a stressful day at work or whatever, I don't want to play a game that's going to really aggravate me or whatever.
It's a pretty fun game in my opinion. Not really hard but it's not really intended to be. Some of the classic characters are still there and the platforming is still as good as ever if not better.
This is my second favorite game this gen after Uncharted until MGS4 blows everything else away. Yes, I even place this above GTAIV, I was really underwhelmed by that game.
