I wouldn't mind if it was made a little bigger and had concave analogs and real triggers. Those are the only improvements I would accept for it, otherwise I think it's perfect. I've been using the PS controller since the original dualshock so for me it's the most comfortable controller ever. It's like a third hand for me. I hope they don't make any major changes to it...
I wouldn't be to impressed if they changed it drastically. I grew up playing with that shape controller.

My thoughts exactly
If they can keep the same design with a few improvements like triggers(for people who dont like them)they dont bother me. But Igrew up playing with this layout. So if it is not broken no need to change it.
psh that control isnt even wireless. huge failOfficial PS4 controller. Look it has the official PS4 logo!

in all seriousness id like to see sony take the next step and offer a controller that is split in two. wands if you will. both offer motion control similar to sex toy they keep showing off but these work as both a normal ps control and a motion controller in one. the left has an analog stick 4 directional buttons 2 triggers on the back and the select button. the right motion controller has the left analog stick the square circle triangle x buttons 2 triggers on the back and the start button. all the ammenities of a normal controller but now with the functionality of true 1:1 motion. imagine playing that sword and shield demo where each hand moves independantly thanks to motiona control while you can control the walking with analog sticks and use all the face buttons for various moves in game.
I really wouldn't mind if they had the triggers pointed out for more grip, and have the handles a bit longer so I'm not essentially holding it with 3 fingers ...I was actually kinda hyped for the PS3 controller's boomerang type design during it's concept and was kinda dissapointed when I heard it was going to be a rehash of the PS2 controller.
i like the classic one, i dont think i can adapt to anything else, i dont have a 360 but ive obviously played, and i hate the controller because its too big. What i was really impressed by though was Project Natal, now thats innovation. I wouldnt mind no controllers(or you as the controller) as an alternative, but even with that i would still prefer a controller in my hands.:)
hmmm... the worst controller I've ever seen was the N64 controller. I mean, it isn't that bad but they have that damn third handle. Did they think we had 3 hands or something!!!????I wouldn't mind if it was made a little bigger and had concave analogs and real triggers. Yep, same here.. In fact, one of the main reasons I stick to the Playstation is because of the controller.people will probably react like they did to the boomerang controll
