How many people are buying demon souls after the review?

I just bought the fallout 3 expansion packs for my pc.... after seeing the demon souls review i want to get it lol but between school, fallout 3, uncharted 2 and possibly brutal legend i might explode

I already had mine preordered for months and it just came today so i guess that would be a no since I was already buying it anyway? Great to see it got a good review here though. I know other places were giving it good reviews but I thought GS would probably give it around an 8 because of the difficulty.

Im getting it!, but that was previous to the GS review... i was just waiting to find a "deluxe" NA version.

I probably will not buy it until I've rented first. The GS review was no different from all the others...talk at length about how hard it is, how much you will die, etc....then say the game is awesome and give it a 9. From everything I've seen the game looks "meh" at best (excluding the bosses which do look cool). Combine that impression with constant talk about constant dying and the whole game just sounds like an exercise in frustration to me.

However, the reviews are all consistently high so I will rent the game and try it. If I like it based on that, I'll buy it. However, at this point I wouldn't be surprised if the constant dying makes me drop kick my PS3 through a window.

I guess we shall see.

I was getting Demon's Souls months before the review. I had pre-ordered the Deluxe Edition back in June or July I think.

Picked it up 2 hours ago was one of 2 copies at my gamestop lol. Gonna try it out soon hopefully it lives up to all the excitement :).

I want to get it, but I am in college and don't have enough time to play it. Hopefully one day I will get a chance to. I might buy it and stick it on the shelf for a bit. It seems like one of those games that will have limited copies in stores that won't sell well. I am hoping that the developers do make money from the game, but it does not seem like it will be a top priority this season.

Yeah that's me too, I'm hoping Amazon is still offering it by the time I get some spending money. I also gotta pay some stuff off, but I REALLY want the deluxe edition.

I planned on getting it before the review. just got it earlier today. it is a amazing game. I'm totally hooked on it!
