Took me about "10 working days". Then again, I'm not far from their centre, so I drove it there and dropped it off, so that probably knocks off a couple days both ways.
Mine didn't have far to travel (MS to TX), but it took about three days for the box to get here, one day at the repair center, and two days to get back. 5-6 work days. The who replacement/repair process was a rather non-painful process, aside from the sting of $150.
My mother just spilled grease on my psp....so I having it sent in....currently the Triangle, Circle, and square buttons are inoperable. I am just glad my ps3, xbox 360, wii, and ps2 never had to be sent in for repairs....my Xbox did once for a dvd drive replacement.
