Back on topic, sorry TC, you can't make your PSP touch screen. Unless the modding community has made that huge a stride in making custom mods. That dual analog mod was crazy.

there are ways but it wouldnt be worth it since you wouldnt be able to play any games....and since your on gamespot asking simple questions that google can answer i'm pretty sure it would not be a good thing for you to open ya psp up and tinker with stuff....just get a ds if your still itchin for some touch screen...or a ipod touch if your older...
