Its just a demo.... they aint gonna go making everything amazingly brilliant just for a demo.... Weather is the main objective and they did it, the rest is just minimal.

I'd hate to have this great racing car with exquisite car detail, weather effects, and cardboard people. That would just completely break the mood for me. I just don't know why they would show a demo like that so close to release, unless they made it a while ago or something.
This is the kind of stuff we should be seeing in other games that feature cars as a major element of gameplay. Think of GTA with GT5's attention to detail for driving.
