GOW3 freezes my console

I just bought it and in 2 hours has happened me 3 times. And I just went through a dialogue cutscene and the music background went crazy and it skipped the voices.

I also noticed that most of the time the game is writing data on the HD, meaning that the yellow little light is always glowing even when playing.

Is this normal? Has someone went through the same?

Man I thought I had bad just before I beated the game a white screen poped up and then these yellow lines showed up I was like WTF is going on then after I beat that part everything went back to normal..Still A Masterful Game..

i had yellow line while loading before zeus battle...

i also had a corrupted save before hermes battle..

i just cleaned the disc and it worked!!

Thats the same spot I got the yellow lines at the Zeus part.

I only wonder how can a big game like this have all of these issues. Seriously devs nowadays need to do more testing before wanting to fill their pockets.

I had trouble right after I beat Hades. It completely skipped over the Hephestaus cutscene and then froze. The next time I loaded it, the cutscene played, but there was no dialogue for about 8 seconds. Yeah it was annoying, but it is worth it for God of War 3.

Seriously they need to release a patch very soon. Is there in twitter or some other place a dev from Santa Monica which I can load my anger with? Or at least to know if they actually are working in a patch?

Not a single issue here on 1 1/4 play throughs so far. Perhaps there is/was a disc mastering issue at the factory? Maybe the Ultimate Ed doesn't suffer from these issues?
