God of War® III Remastered

What do you people think? you gonna get it? i have to say that after i've seen the graphic comparison buying it will be truly stupid move. especially after i finished the game when i played it on my PS3...my desire for new game just got bigger after this unnecessary title.

@nirogol: I think that it is un unnecessary remaster and unless they add something else like some DLC like they did with TLoUR I see no reason to purchase it.

God of War 3 was never my favorite and the remaster doesn't really improve much from the original other than the framerate and a slightly sharper look so I probably won't pick it up unless there's a dry spell of games and if its like ten bucks

Only looks worth it to those who haven't played it before, certainly (although I'd say that's often true of remasters - even the more impressive remasters). I don't think it's a "waste" for the reason that a lot of those people exist, but really think they should have gone for a trilogy "remaster" (really an upscaled port that I can see)

Getting sick of the remasters, even if I had a ps4 I wouldn't buy it.

This is definitely a "filler" release for a pretty bare line-up for the rest of the year I think...

Meh I've decided to skip out on it because you get the entire series for $20 or less on PS3

When it goes down in price I'll get it, but I haven't played it yet so that's the main reason. I wish they would have done all of them as a collection though. I would purchase that for full price, but again, I have only played the first one so it would be worth it for me.

Since I didn't play it on the PS3, I can see me buying it! But not at full price, so I'll wait for it to drop in price. I got more then enough games to keep me busy for the rest of the summer and beyond.

@MarcRecon: Same here, though they should release GoW 1 & 2 HD ports on PS4 store. It`s kinda pointless for those who haven`t played first 2 games to jump straight in 3rd game, unless it`s prequel, dunno.

Yeah I'll be getting it, not yet though because I haven't even played a God Of War game before and I've a;ways been meaning to. Of course, I'm gonna play the first 2 games before I pick up GOW3.

I've played 1-2...I just didn't get around to 3. But as you said, they just should have done a trilogy, I bet more people would have bought it on day 1.

@MarcRecon: At least for me, here in North America, when I pre-ordered the GOD III remastered, I got God of War 1 and 2 HD for free to play (90 days) though PS Now, no subscription required.

That's not a bad deal, I just wonder why they didn't do a whole trilogy remaster.
