It is all up to you.Sometimes they have good trade in values and other times it is just awful. The biggest factor in the issue is the games you are trading in.

Besides a few exceptions(there is always exceptions) it is a complete piece of S****. If you want to sell a game then do that with a friend. You get more money and they save money. That is a win win for both of you.

I despise the trade in system, especially since there are so many other option like ebay and the like.

If it's a game that you don't plan on playing alot, get rid of it...but if your just strapped for cash and it's one of your favorite games don't do it. Just save up the money for the new game.

I have no idea why anyone would trade in games to gamestop, go to craigslist, ebay, or a friend. GS should be a matter of last resort...even then expect to leave with a bad taste in your mouth.

For the most part it's kinda bad, but sometimes they have decent deals.

I'd personally save up the money though as I rarely ever trade-in or sell games anymore. Never know what's going to be popular or valuable 5-10 years from now.

Gamestop will only give good offers for really good games. And since they are that good u could probably sell for double the price on a place like ebay.
