Game is not loading

I was playing resistance 2 campaign when I died. After I died the screen went black as if it were loading and stayed black for a looong time. I evetually decided to shutoff the system and now i cant get it to play again. I just got the ps3 today so I dont know how to manually start the game but when I put in the game it is not auto-starting.

try putting in a movie or a different game and see if it works if that doesn't work maybe the laser is broken or something

I ansered the question in the other thread. Please only make one thread per question/topic. It's just annoying to have multiple repetiive threads.
