I think GT5 will show the power...16 players online at 1080p.. Cant wait to try it ;)

GT5 at the moment,Killzone 3 and god knows what else in the future.

You will have to wait a few years to see what developers can do with PS3. Even with Xbox 360 which is EASY to develop for new games show improvement. With PS3 the inprovements come in waves. Right now we are riding UC2 wave and in 2011 I am sure there will be a first party game that pushes the power futher, and again in 2013.

There is a lot to play with on PS3 but the developers are going in many ways. With

1. Move
2. 3D
3. AI
4. physics

Pushing graphics may take a back seat. But I am sure improvements will continue for years to come

Closest games so far are Uncharted 2 and God of War 3. However I think GT5 and Killzone 3 will set the bar even higher.nightshade869

My screen says 1280x1080 when its 1080p. It says 1280x1080i when its not P. It also says 1280x720 when its 720. So, ya.....i really dont know what you are trying to say here.

True 1080p resolution is 1920X1080 pixels. So while GT5 may have 1080 lines of vertical resolution, the makers are toying with the tech nerds and lowering the horizontal.

Don't believe me? Not that I believe everything Wikipedia tells me...
