Uncharted is superb, Folklore is a good game and very under-appreciated. You can read my review on it to get a proper feel.
Uncharted and Folklore are two different game genres, I'm sure you're aware of it. Both are great games, I suggest you pick up Uncharted and then definitely give Folklore a try.
Both, Folklore shouldn't be undermined, it's a beautiful and unique Action RPG. Uncharted is simply a great game in general and understandable why it's PS3's best exclusive so far.
Yeah personally i'd say Uncharted, but I haven't played more then then Demo of Folklore. But alas, thats why im picking up Folklore tonight to hopefully add to my Library of Terror.
I own them both, and wouldn't give up either of them. They're both fantastic games, but generally speaking, "Drake's Fortune" probably has a wider range of appeal. "Folklore" is more of a niche game that caters to fans of action rpgers who like fantasy settings.

If you prefer RPGs over Shooters then Folklore is the way to go (besides, Folklore has more replay value since it was treated to a few nice add-ons over the holidays to extend gameplay), Uncharted is an excellent game as well but but offers a less replay value versus Folklore. But overall, both are great games.
played folklore and it was a fun game (id give it a 8-8.5 out of 10). Great graphics, music, fun original combat/soul selection gameplay too. Only problem i had with game is that it was a little repititious. You have to play the game as BOTH characters to finish it so theres a bit of replaying of levels. The folks in each level are different for both characters, but the levels are pretty much identical. Overall I'd recommend it though, very original action RPG.
Haven't played Uncharted yet but its the number one game on my list of games to buy. Got great reviews on all sites ive seen, pretty much all 9s. Loved the demo and cant wait for it.
