Not true at all those sites know nothing.. Final Fantasy XIII will more so be released late 2007 earily 2008 here in the states. That's a more possible release time frame.

Xiii is something along the lines of a traditional rpg with a female lead. Versus Xiii is along the lines of an action rpg (ala kingdom hearts) with a male lead. They both have different storylines. Takes place in the same world. but they revolve on either a different timeline or a different setting all together. Versus Xiii is like a warring states kinda thing. and Xiii.. well.. i actually don't know what's goin on with that one. something about cocoons, and the crystals are keeping everyone safe, reminds me of ergo proxy in a way.
