All that I've read prior to the announcements, was that XIII was PS3 exclusive and Versus was going multiplat. If that "was" their original plan, why would they change that around?Denji

I remember SE saying that ff13 will be a PS3 exclusive. A little later, after the PS3 stumbled a bit after launch, SE began saying "well, the PS3 must sell 10 million copies dot dot dot" (i remember that from some article quite a long time back, i'm sure some of you could recall that event.) And now, even after SONY moved a repectable amount of units, SE decided to move FF13 multiplat as soon as they got the chance to dive headfirst into MS's deep pockets. I had a feeling since that article came out, that FF13 would become a multiplat game. afterall, how can you say no to the amount of green that was offered; unless it was in yen, in which case i don't recall its color.
as for FF13v, no word has ever been spewed that it was going multiplat. the guys from KH were working on this title, so they were more adamant when it came to satying with the national japanese console, the PS3. and as we all know the Wii is not a console so it doesn't count, there i said it.
