Having just picked up a ps4 I haven't played a whole lot, but my favourite so far would have to be Transistor.
The mix and match ability mechanic was awesome, the combat is unique, the presentation is stunning and the story is very well made and interesting.
and even better I got it for free aha. also very replayable
Obvious list: DA, TLOU, Wolfenstein. But my absolute favorite game that I keep going back to is Resogun.
Assassins Creed IV: Black Flag, inFamous: Second Son, Need for Speed: Rivals, Middle Earth: Shadow of Mordor, The Crew, Far Cry 4, Killzone Shadowfall (multiplayer) and Watch Dogs.
Infamous, tlou, The Order, Helldivers, Resogun, Shadows of Mordor, Inquisition, Gta 5, Just to list a few
Tons of games on Playstation Now that I missed last gen.
And soon to be hours and hours of Bloodborne.
Having a tough time deciding between Alien isolation and BF4.
Choose! Now! Or i will take the games from you! :P

KillZone: Shadow Fall
Shadow of Mordor
The Order 1886(YES.... you read it correctly)
Outlast
COD Ghost(YES...you read that correctly as well) lol
I been playing ghosts lately. I like it better then COD AW. I sold that game. Ghosts just feels more realisitic.

This will be my first year skipping the MW series, I just haven't been sold on AW enough to buy it at full price. I will probably get it once it drops down to the 20-25 dollar range.
Wolfenstein: The New Order is my favourite, been playing Resogun recently, got Child of Light which is great, also properly enjoyed the Resident Evil Remake though not really a PS4 game in a lot of ways.
Infamous: Second Son, Watch Dogs, Metro Redux, Assassin's Creed IV, and thus far Far Cry 4 has been great. I've enjoyed pretty much everything I've played so far in addition to those games. But not really many PS4 exclusives, or even generation exclusives to drool over so far, if I really wanted to say something negative.
Oh goodness.... sad to say it is The Order 1886.....
you've not played anything else?
Shadow of Mordor was awesome while it lasted. Platinum then traded in as the DLC didn't look worth the price. I enjoyed the FTP games Warframe and Blacklight Retribution for awhile. Still play the latter. Far Cry 4 looked too much like Far Cry 3 to me (which I played a lot of) to spend $60 on. Farcry 3.5. I'm enjoying Dying Light quite a bit at the moment. which surprised me because I'm not normally into zombie games, but the parkour element intrigued me. Really enjoyed a lot of the indies too, like Child of Light and Velocity 2X.
@marcheegsr: Better then? Don't you mean better than?
That's all you came in this thread to say? What a tool! I'm sure you've never made a typo in your entire life.

I guess Knack kind of had this charm about it, not so much because of the game (it was eh) or even the story, but just because of the character and the concept. I also really liked his dance at the end of the game.
Had some good moments with Killzone SF multiplayer. Truth be told, I wouldn't mind playing it again if I ever found the game real cheap, but it's not any real priority. I especially liked some of those different drones you could use, and the turrets you could set.
Second Son was okay, but I felt like the gameplay was... It felt kind of dead. It felt like in each section, you just went through the same motions over and over again. And I guess it was entertaining enough that I could just kind of space out and play through the game and not really get bored. I liked Delsin as a character, and I thought the paper trail story was kind of interesting - though I wish it would have been part of the game and not an alternate reality game. If nothing else, I thought the game had really good graphics - that is probably where most of the development time went.
I also really liked Resogun, and I thought Contrast was cool but wished it would have been a bigger game. I also thought Mercenary Kings was fun for a while, but it didn't hold my attention half as well as Second Son did.
The thing is that Knack, Killzone and Second Son didn't feel like 'full' games to me, they felt like incomplete games that were missing something. But I guess when you put the three of them together and look at the things they each did best, that would be my favorite thing on the PS4 so far.
@The_Last_Ride: none that are good
you're saying there are no good games on PS4...?
