Ive been hearing about all these sources claiming that Fallout 3 runs very inferior on PS3 compared to the 360 and PC versions of the game. Does anyone have any links to prove this claim??? Its one of my most anticipated games, and I hope its not true...

im wondering as well as i have seen some threads floating around saying the PS3 version is inferior. I have not seen any sources linked to them as of yet. anyone who can clear this up?
ok, the word about the ps3 version being inferior is apperently from an article in PSM3 magazine. there is a long thread about it on the game trailers board with scans of the magazine. anyway google and see for yourself i guess.

Yeah, here's the article. Personally, I don't plan on getting the game this year but I'll get it eventually. And for the superior/inferior version, I really don't give a damn. I just want to be able to play it on my PS3, that's all.
i've also herd people say that ign mentioned the problems. the thing about that is i've read and watched an unnecessary amount of info on this game because im pumped for it, and in none of ign's articles or videos does it mention anything remotely close to what people are saying. so my guess is most of what your hearing is bull****.
IGN did a hands on preview with the ps3 version a little while back and they said it was great, ran smooth, and looked beautiful. So I'm not at all worried about some crap magazine's accusations.
Well there were a couple threads yesterday with links saying the PS3 version was kinda crippled (framerate problems, clipping, and load times) but not from reliable sources.. me thinks its just (can't say the word but) propaganda from the 360 fanboys.
I don't believe this at all. Oblivion ran just fine with me and it's the exact same team for god sakes lol I'd just like to know the "inferior" comment on what standards? Cause I could honestly care less about the 360 or PC versions. (no 360, and I know my PC can't run it)
Ok guys, I just found a scan of the whole review from the PSM3 for Fallout 3. The game actually scored a 90/100. The statement of the grahpics being poor compared to the PC & 360 version is nothing more than a statement. For example: today IGN.com gave Far Cry 2 an 8.8 overall but scored a 8 in graphics. So for a game like Fallout 3 to score a 90/100 overall then the game's grahpics for the PS3 has got to be at least within the 7.5-8 range.

I have the game. I have played the 360 version also and Ididn'tsee a single difference in issues. Granted I only played it on 360 for 10 minutes and PS3 for a couple of hours but its fine. I love it...
its a bit strange that this magazine were the only ones to have metioned it. I doubt there are any big differences between the two versions (360 and ps3). But this wont stop people counting pixels

Honestly I don't know and never heard about this, but maybe they're basing that off of the fact that 80-90% of other games are said to run better and look better on the 360. Odds are if they had two teams, one working on the PS3 and the other on the 360, you might not see any difference. But if they used the 360 as the primary developing console then it's very much so possible that the 360 version could be better, which seems to be the case with most multiplat games.
