Don't you just love getting a new controller?

I just bought another Dualshock 3 because BestBuy had them on sale for $39.99. Don't you love opening it and it's immaculately clean and has that new controller smell? And the analog sticks and buttons/triggers are all perfect? Maybe it's just me but I love stuff like that. :D

It is a good experience adding a new color to the controller selection. Of course, I only have two controllers right now (black & white) so I've only had that experience one time! :cry:

Next will be a red or a blue controller!

I actually hate it. They feel weird and the plastic packaging is the worst packaging ever.

i do! i recently left my black controller on the window sill over night, and it rained on it and ruined it, so i bought a red and blue controller because thats the color scheme of my room and its AWESOME

Like the shiny new aspect but I found the sticks are a bit stiff right out of the box and take a while to break in.

I like my controllers broken in.

Is it every best buy?

I also love that new feel a controller has. But I have yet to actually properly... *cough* fondle *cough* a brand-new DS3 yet :P

When it comes to hardware i love everything when it's brand new. The new car smell beats everything though :D

No you are not the only one. I want to get the military green and the pink Dualshock 3 controllers. For 39.99 at great price. Yes the new controller experience is something that gamers can understand.

I always like to have two, so I can have one plugged in and charging and then swap it when the one I'm playing with runs low on battery.

I can only imagine. I'm baffled: I wore latex gloves while playing with the new controller on my new PS3, and the thing looks worse than if I had played with Dorito fingers.
