I would have to agree that they most certainly are. I guess a good indicator would be that sales have increased. I guess it really all depends on what type of games you like, though. If you want games like pokemon, then no, games haven't improved. But I think genres such as Action Adventure and Shooters have improved. Also, doesn't every systems' games improve as the system itself gets older? The gamecube for example got Zelda at the tail end of it's existence, same goes for PS2 with FFXII.
They might be improving overall but not by much. When God of War comes out well....THAT WILL MOST DEFINITELY BE AN HUGE IMPROVEMENT OVER THE GAMES THAT ARE OUT NOW!!!
Hmm I'm glad you all have made your point but I'm talking about in terms of reviews on this site. Who thinks that the GameSpot reviews for PSP games have been improving?

Yes I feel like they are improving. Great games like Crisis Core and MGS are hitting hard on PSP. Racing and Shooters a top-notch. graphics are becoming better. Many Hit PS2 games are coming or are on the PSP. God Of War etc.
