I honestly believe that killzone 2 will be A LOT better than R2. I've already played and passed R2, but from what I've seen with Killzone 2, man that game is a killa!
I don't know killzone 2 story so i can't really say. So campaign is out of the question for me...as multiplayer is concerned i have seen a lot of killzone 2 videos and i am really impressed with it. So as multiplayer is concerned i will say Killzone 2. R2 didnt quite do it for me
I know Online will be better because the closed beta did it all for me i love R2 but online was amazing story im still waiting but its a first day buy fo me if im around
Gameplay-wise, maybe. Story? Highly doubt it... Killzone 1 story went downhill and based on the first minutes of single player, looks like KZ2 will aslo.
resistance is a great game, and i played the first killzone, and contrary to a lot of beliefs i thought it was great, but killzone 2 i think might actually push the boundries of a 1st person shooter, which i very much hope that it actually follows through on its so called "promises"
sometimes i wouldnt even pay attention to my objective and just run out and scan resistance 2's horizons, and just sit there for minutes watching them not caring about alien invasions at all it was great
It has to be. Resistance 2's competitive mode is total garbage. It is just constant grenades and grenade launchers that kill you. The spawns are retarded and it is one of the most unenjoyable games I have ever played online.
i enjoyed playing R1 and especially R2 so much..watched the gameplay of K2 and the battle kinda bit more tense than R2, which is good! will definitely get this game.
I'm being cautiously optimistic. Though I didn't hate KZ 1 like most reviewers did, I still think it fell quite short of the "Halo-killer" it was hyped to be. And you never know, maybe lightning does strike twice. But KZ 1's potential was huge, and seeing as Sony has a lot riding on 2, I doubt they'll want to release anything short of great.
