Crisis core or MAdden 09

Ok I havan't bought a PSP game since God of War( the prequal) and well I think its time. I have had my eye on the new resistance since I just bought and beat 1 and 2 for my PS3, anyway I am considering buying Madden 09 for my PSP. Or buying crisis core.

Now normally I woulnd't even touch madden on a handhelde console but after seeing some gameplay videos it cought my eye. But I also seen some gameplay videos for crisis core and well it wowed me as well.

Ok now heres the problem I don't want too by madden on my 360 or ps3 because of the freezing problems, and I refuse too pay for a glitchy peice of crap. So I turned too my trust PSP.

On a sidenote I would like too know if the PSp version has any problems with franchise freezing or any problems, that would make it hard or impossble too finish?

Anyway I didn't get pass disc one in the orginal final fantasy 7(I wasn't all that into RPG's then) so I sold it. So I want too know if its worth it play if I can't understand the story.

crisis core

CC for me as well. I loved madden and played it quite a lot, but my fav pap game has got to be cc. amazing cutscenes, story and gameplay. You don't have to know anything about the story since it's the prequel to the original ff7. It doesn't really matter if you played original or not. Amazing game and a must have for psp owners :D

That's a tough choice...

On the one hand you have Crisis Core. A game that has beautiful graphics, great music, repetitive gameplay, and a seemingly random level up system.

On the other hand there's Madden 2009. The game looks very nice, but I found the lag after every single play very irritating. Also didn't like the little bit of lag that would happen everytime I scrolled down in the playbook. I had my copy freeze on me several times when trying to resume a game from sleep mode.

If you're a FFVII fanboy, definately get Crisis Core. If not, there are much better games to get besides those 2. If you don't already own them, check out Patapon, Syphon Filter, Final Fantasy Tactics, Disgaea, Star Ocean, Castlevania, Jeanne D'arc, Prinny, or the Sega Genesis Collection.
