Crap PSN service been robbing me since they require pay to play online

What up with the PlayStation robbers charging for this crap service that is down all the time. You get little to no support and have to pay for this crap service. I'm switching to x-box today. You would think a Japaneese company would have more honor and not financially rape people for this substandard service. Oh and lets thank PSN status forums not letting us post and just telling us to be patient while we are robbed. Modern day corporate criminals whats new right? Get rich off the middle and lower class for crap service, thank you very much. Please be patient while I switch to xbox. BTW who is the president of this crap Sony PlayStation company anyways.
