Can anyone recommend any good Co-op games out there? Me and my mates dont really like to play against each other all the time. We mostly play Resistance together at the moment but thats about it, tried Gundam and Kane and Lynch, not that impressed (although Gundam is quite fun, its hardly challenging).

Looking forward to Army of Two.

I'm waiting on Army of Two as well. So far I've found some PSN titles for my co-op carvings. PixelJunk Monsters and Super Stardust HD both have co-op play. Both are great games too.

Get High Velocity Bowling. Not exactly co-op but still really fun and it's only $10.

Rainbow 6 Vegas is pretty fun in co-op because it lets you strategize a good bit, but the story mode is kind of removed (at least when you're dolng it online, I don't know about having the person there with you). It also has terrorist hunt which is like a minigame where you just kill the terrorists...it's alright, not as good as the main story though.

Calling All Cars! It's competitive co-op. You're all out to rid the streets of crooks.

Marvel Ultimate Alliance is one to try. Yea, it's old but still a very good co-op game. I played Untold Legends once and couldn't get into, but it offers two player co-op. If anything else just try a bunch of shooters, you're bound to find some that offer co-op gameplay.

Rainbow Six, Marvel Ultimate Alliance, and Lego Star Wars are the only ones I know of with co-op offline (obviously, Resistance too, but you're already playing that one)

I have the same problem. Im thinking about getting Warhawk and possibly rainbow six 2 but I worry that they will be inferior to cod4 and I will be dissapointed.

Army of Two comes out this week. The co-op for this game is the reason I want it so bad.

Rainbow Six: Vegas has a decent local co-op mode. The story is barely there, and some of the single player functionality is gone, but it's a blast to play. Of course, RS:V2 comes out in a week, and it's supposed to have a very in depth co-op mode, so maybe just wait for that. Army of Two comes out tomorrw.

By all means, avoid the Ghost Recon Advanced Warfare 2 co-op mode. it's atrocious. Fun game, but not co-op mode.
