COD WaW map pack one release time in Australia?

I googled it, asked on Yahoo Answers, asked friends, but what I got was all the mixed reports like

"it will be out in the US time 6-7 PM" or

"I heared it might be delayed until next Thursday" etc etc...

Does anyone know what time it will be released in AUSTRALIA?

Another question..I'm not in a clan and not really planning to join one, but what's the best Aussie COD WaW clan?
