Short answer, yes. However you have to download a drive that will enable the PC to actually recognize it, which worked for me, however nothing else that was hooked up with USB cables didn't, like my mouse, printer, and MP3 player. There was something I may have missed, but I'm not trying it again. As for the drive, I forget what it was, just google it or someone else here may be able to help.
