can i play HOME on ps3 in pakistan?

You don't exactly "play it" as it isn't a game but an online community (although there are some minigames like pool and bowling in there).

When they do release it via a free download (scheduled for October) anyone in the world with a PS3 and an internet connection will be able to access it.
