BFBC2 still FPS Champ?

killzone 2 is DEAD... i mean uncharted 2 is more populated than killzone... What is the best and most populated FPS right now?

(im broke so im not in the market for a new game, im just wondering who is stealing all the players)

you wont have server issues if you have a good internet, and other than that the game is perfect :)

BFBC2 is the champ and i sthink it will be for a while because there are still quite a few people playing the first one last time i checked which was a week ago

There are so many good FPS'sout there now. I'm not sure if BC2 is still the more popular as I haven't had time to pick it up. I'm playing MW, MW2 & M.A.G. at the moment. Good for consumer choice I guess. We're a spoilt generation. 8)

BC2 is IMO the best in terms of gameplay, but MW2 is still more populated and probably always will be.

Killzone 2 still has loads of people playing, and MW2 is great fun too!

I played Killzone 2 for the first time last week (played through the campaign and gave the muliplayer a try). It seemed to have a pretty solid online game, maybe ther arent 100,000's playing it anymore (and never MILLIONS like in Modern Warfare) but I didn't have a problem getting a match and i seem to remember the number of people online was well into the 1000's of not higher. As far as the game itself I most definitely liked it more than Modern Warfare. I'll probably be getting more into it pretty soon. I LOVE Bad Company 2 but I've put so many hours into that one I should probably start moving onto some new games. No doubt Bad Company 2 is the BEST game out there right now for online multiplayer on PS3. But my first impression of Killzone 2 is that if I had gotten it 1 year ago I might have put 100's of hours into it. Maybe I still will...

The odd thing about Killzone 2 is I started right out and the first 2 matches I played was on top of the stats each time. A far cry from my endeavors into Uncharted 2 and Resistance 2 where I probably had about a .25 ratio during the couple hours I tried them out. Uncharted 2 was just terrible the way you would unload a full clip into someone and then no kill, yet somehow guy would "roll" over to me give me a quick punch and I'd be dead. Not to mention all the rocket launchers and grenades (which since I was a newbie I didn't know where they were or how to get them). That's terrible game play for a shooter. Resistance 2 just didn't make sense to me, it looks like a kids game.

Killzone just had the right "feel" to it, it actually sort of had the same feel as Bad Company does where you're movements are a little "weightier" than Modern Warfare and where you have to be smart about staying behind cover and using your teammates to go for objectives. I'm terrible at Modern Warfare 2 so I guess I just need the slower more tactical movements to at lest be decent. What kills me in Moden Warfare are the perks and killstreaks, I just can't get into it seems like every game I get a run where I die 4 or 5 times in a row (if not more) almost instantly thanks to other people getting these high power weapons (admittedly it took me awhile to realize you need cold blooded and cold blooded pro, but still the whole concept is stupid and it basically invited all the glitchers to ruin the game)

MW2 probably has the most people playing it simply because it's MW2 :| but imo, BC2 is the best FPS for multiplayer on the PS3 right now.

mw2 may be most popular but BC2 has the best Multiplayer :D

Since 2002, Battlefield has always been the FPS champ!
