Are you gonna get Uncharted 4? The reviews are really awesome so far.

I have never been a day 1 purchase of any video game release because I usually wait for the reviews and wait for it to go on sale. This is worthy to get on day 1. I didn't doubt Uncharted 4 but the critic reviews are really awesome so far from what I read. Lot of talk about this game actually being the best of the series and I was a big fan of 2 and 3! Are you gonna get Uncharted 4? How about day 1 purchase? With the best buy 20% off unlock member, I can get it for $47.99 and that is what I am gonna do on May 10th.

Its day one for me and i just completed the uncharted collection too.

I'm not the biggest Uncharted fan and I can't be distracted by games during exam season. Plus, on principle I refuse to pay for an online console service. Having said that, I'll probably pick this up after a price drop and after buying Fallout 4 and GT Sport later this year, not to mention Horizon.

I wont be getting it for a long time. I didn't really get in to Uncharted, so chances are, i'll either pass or get it later on when its cheap

I was already getting it right away before the reviews started coming out. The reviews just add that much motivation to buy it for me.

Will get at some point but have plenty of other games to keep me occupied for the moment... looks good tho.

I preordered and paid for it fully 3 times, fortunately this time it's for real.

Well I will if the PS Store allows me to buy it. For all the money they've made off the console sales, you'd think that store would run flawlessly

I think it's safe to say that if you bought a PS4 you have to buy the game associated around it's golden boy Nate

This is going to be a must play for me at some point, I've played through all the originals before with friends. It's the last time I'll be able to keep up the tradition!

GameSpot gave it a 10 which is crazy because they never give out that score. I haven't read or watched any reviews because I don't wanna know any spoilers. I can't wait to get this game on Tuesday. What makes Uncharted 4 somewhat better and unique than other series is that it has been almost 5 years since Uncharted 3. Too many games put the same game out every year with little change. I think there are like 20 Assassin Creeds.

According to GameSpot, Uncharted 4 is as good as Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3! Seriously though, Uncharted 4 is in some good company.

Release date got broken here in Australia, some stores gave out the $300 collectors edition today, and just the game will likely be sold on Monday (still 2 days before most countries).

I'm definitely avoiding this game like the plague. Uncharted 2 scared me away from this franchise completely.

I'll stick to more enjoyable games on PS4 like Street Fighter V, Batman Arkham Knight, and Bloodborne. The next games I'm looking at are Dark Souls 3 and Ratchet and Clank.

@BH14 they've been giving 10s out like they're nothing lately. Bayonetta 2, Witcher 3, Metal Gear Solid V, Journey and now Uncharted 4. Five 10/10s within 2 years is overkill. I don't put much stock in Gamespot's reviews anyways. My top 5 most incredible and well polished games that go way beyond all else this gen have an average of 7.4/10 from them. These titles are game design masterworks...

I will get it. I was going to get either way it is made by ND, however, I'm away for a new job and didn't even bring my PS4 with me. Wont be able to play it till like August.

Why must you lie about GameSpot giving out 10s? GameSpot gave Journey a 9. Did you ever think that the quality of this gen have improved gameplay? Witcher 3 (92 metascore), Bayonetta 2 (91 metascore) and Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain (93 metascore) so it isn't so crazy that they would get a very high score. You said that GameSpot gives out 10s like it is nothing?! There are only 3 out of like 1,100 PS4 games to be given a 10 SCORE by GameSpot.... So a PS4 game has got like a .0027% chance of getting the 10 SCORE. If you don't put any stock in GameSpot's reviews, you probably don't put any stock in 94 metascore (71 critic reviews) either. I am still scratching my head how you said that the gem Uncharted 2 (96 metascore) scared you away.

They gave the Journey rerelease on PS4 a 10/10... It's just crazy that they gave almost double as many 10s out in the first couple years of this gen than they gave out for all of last gen.

I will pick it up but later in the month. My backlog still needs finishing, plus we just got Wii U so some family time is allocated to Smash Brothers. In particular my bond with Cloud "smashing faces" with 6 foot sword. :P (My wife hates me now lol)

Journey was released in 2012 and this year is 2016. I don't really consider remastered a PS4 game. Are the God Of War 3, GTA5 and The Last of Us really a PS4 gen game simply because they were remastered? No. Just like an HD version of GTA San Andreas isn't a PS4 game. I have Journey for PS3 and I found it overrated but Kevin VanOrd found it to be amazing and his favorite game of all-time. However GameSpot has been considered a tough and fair grader that don't give out too many high rated games unlike other critics.

I don't know. I have it pre-ordered, and I know the reviews are good, but honestly the reviews for Uncharted 3 were good also and the shooting was pretty much broken when the game launched. I may just hold off and take a wait ans see attitude towards it. Rent it at Redbox and see if I really like it. Hopefully it will be more like Uncharted 2 and less like Uncharted 3. Plus Doom is out on the same day and that's a day one purchase, and a day one play for me.

Pre-ordered my copy at GameStop. Hope to pick it up today.

@BH14: But those game including Journey got a better score on the remastered version even though only GTA V did something different for the PS4 version.

They still gave a 10 to PS4 version of Journey. So yeah they gave more 10's this gen so far than last gen. Like it or not.

What remastered games got better score than their original games? GameSpot doesn't review remastered games. I think that is their rule. They didn't do it for Uncharted Collection, GTA V, TLOU, GOW 3 or any other remastered games for the PS4. For some odd reason, Kevin VanOrd had to make the exception for his favorite game Journey. To me, these are just older last gen games remastered. Not true PS4 released game. If people want to say Uncharted 1 and 2 are "true ps4 games", they can but they are more true ps3 games to me. Putting remastered label on it doesn't change anything but polish the graphics. I don't have a problem with GameSpot giving 10s to 3 PS4 games (Witcher 3, metal gear 5 and Uncharted 4) out of like 1,100 ps4 games. I have Witcher 3 and will have Uncharted 4 soon. Never played metal gear 5. GameSpot isn't a PAID pushover critic that overrates all games. If anything, I think GameSpot underrates games way more often than overrate. What is so wrong about giving 3 10s out of 1,100 ps4 games anyways? Giving out 10s like nothing?! It is just one person's opinion anyways.

I've played all three previous UC games, so I'll be getting UC4 at one point or another.

@BH14: I got that but still GS still gave Journey on PS4 a 10 ... a different score than on PS3 even though it is a PS3 game like you said. As for GTA V it is more than a mere remaster, they added the first person view which can change the gameplay quite a bit.

So, so far they gave four 10's this gen on the PS4. Which is more than on the entire PS3 gen ... It is questioning when games are often criticized and seen as worst than all previous gen but more game manage to score 10 from the critics.

I have Journey for ps3 and just found out that it is a cross buy so I can download it for free for PS4. I'll give it another chance in the future. I am gonna pick up metal gear solid 5 phantom pain for $24 at best buy ($29.99-$6 unlock club) while I also pick up Uncharted 4.

Anybody getting the Uncharted triple pack DLC with the game? It suppose to come with single player add-on which I am interested in. I'm sure it will be really good but it is pretty expensive DLC at $25.

Not close to buying a PS4 at this time so i often just watch people on Youtube playing new released PS4 games.

I started watching someone play uncharted on Youtube a few hours before bed, a couple of days ago. My impressions. The first threes chapters are excellent, the next three were average, the next four excellent. I don't want to spoil for anyone.

Graphically is very good looking game, the story telling is excellent. Gameplay is nothing i have not seen before in other games.

I would rate about 8.5/10 so far only seen ten chapters mind you.

i had pre-ordered it from psn, and have started playing yesterday after i left work... it has by far the most jaw-droppingly good visuals to date, at least in my experience (i have been playing games since 1982 and i still do play a lot), it is ridiculous... :)

once you get past how good the visuals are, which i haven't, the familiar but somehow more polished gameplay shines through, which already did for me, some of the tlou's mechanics return and if you've played that game, it is a welcome addition... anyways i still cannot believe how good the graphics are and am looking forward to finishing up work today to go home and delve more into the game... :)
