Oh yeah. I finished Hunted: the Demon's Forge a while back (think it got 5/10 from this place) and I really enjoyed that game a lot. I'd give it an 8.5/10. Now I'm playing Nier (another 5/10 from here) and I'd give it about a 9/10. Truly one of the best stories I've seen in a game in a long time.
They can take their half baked, biased, paid-for reviews and stuff 'em.
I like Dynasty Warriors........nuff said.
Also I think that The Legend of Dragoon is the best game to ever grace the PS1
Yupe, lots of them. The most recent one is WET. I bought the game 3 days ago and I've been playing it for a bit everyday, and I'm shocked at how fun it is. Granted it's not very polished and has many flaws, but overall it's extremely fun. I usually don't enjoy a lot of shooters but this one was a delightful surprise.
enemy territory quake wars on ps3. it got a 5 or 6 here but i have over 200hrs online with this game.
Mercenaries 2: World in Flames. Anyone who says it's not fun to nuke and carpet bomb a town, and ride through the ruins on a motorcycle equipped with dual miniguns, does not know what fun is.
Legends of Wrestlemania (6 or 6.5), its not the best game but i love it. its old school wrestling so the game play and moves arnt like SD vs Raw, its a dif type of play. great roster, some left out but great CAW. you gotta think about it playing it that its 80's wrestling not surrent day
When I was younger I could play and thoroughly enjoy just about any game regardless of its scores.
But now that I'm a little older and my tastes have developed a bit and I don't have as much time for all the games I want to play, I'm a lot pickier than I used to be. I'll still pick up games that I'm not sure I'll enjoy, but I just won't pay more than $10 for them. Regardless of their score, sometimes I end up loving them and sometimes I curse myself for buying them.
I play anything pretty much and scores mean nothing to me. On PS3 all I can think of currently is Lost Planet 2 and Duke Nukem tho. That being said there are some I can't stand.. someone in this topic said Shellshock and to me that game is extremely boring and looks so bad it starts to make my sick.
yea don't ever rely on ratings, all they are is opinions... this is an old one, a fps called *Black* came out years ago for ps2 and xbox, its the best fps i've played till this day other than bioshock, it got like a 6.0 rating though all because it had no multiplayer, just goes to show 2 specific things- 1. how shallow game reviewers can be. and 2. how great a fps game can be when its not handicapped by mp. game reviews are just opinions and opinions are like butt cracks, everybody has one.. lol
Despite their mediocre-to-low scores, I enjoyed Sonic Adventure and Turtles in Time from the PSN store.
i totally agree NieR is one of the best games i've played this generationOh yeah.
