anyone?

I originally bought the ps3 strictly for gaming, but recently i've noticed that i have more blu-ray movie than ps3 games. I enjoyed both.

Im actually doing both right now but I mostly game on it. That was my main reason for getting the PS3 anyways to game but watching blu-ray movies was just a bonus for me.

number of blu-rays versus games I own..... I'm getting pretty close, but I still don't spend nearly as much time watching blu-rays as I do gaming.

I've rented 3 blu-ray movies and own none so far, while I own 3 ps3 games (used to own 4) so I'd say I don't use my Ps3 for movies that much.

only game i have enjoyed so far was resistance, RaC, Uncharted, and heavenly sword... i am however have alot of Blu_ray movie, up to 80 i believe.

I own about 7 BR dvds (most of them i get cheap online, refuse to pay 34.99 or whatever the 'suggested' price is) and I have 3 PS3 games at the moment. I used to use the PS3 as a movie player, but im hooked on CoD4 online right now :)

it's a mix of both some days I will watch more blu-ray movies on the ps3 and other days I will play more games on the ps3

I have 12 games and about 17 blu rays... so yea, I do have more blu rays than games, but I still use it more for playing games than I do for watching movies.

Between my bro and myself we own like 10-15 games and 1 bluray movie. The one movie is spidey 3 which I got used just to check out blu-ray in general. I'm going to wait until the price of blu-rays become reasonable b4 buying more. I use my ps3 as an upscaling dvd player as well.

use it way more as a bluray player than for gaming. I have enjoyed several games on it, but the 360 is more my gaming machine now...but I am sure that will change in the future....just watched Con Air on bluray last night...the rock is up next and I still have blood diamond and Pirates 3 to watch...so yea, bluray movies it is!

My Bluray and ps3 game collection are even. But overall my ps3 is my main media hub heres a list of what I use my ps3 for:

Gaming(no dah)

Bluray

Media Streaming (Music & Movies)

Media storage

Web browsing(sometimes...it's still kinda slow but nice add-on) lol

Linux(future)

I'm more than happy with my system(launch day owner)

I did when I first got it back in June 2007. There wasn't a whole lot to play, then. But now there are enough games that I don't watch as many movies any more.

No I don't have any Blu-Ray movies. I personally don't care about quality of movies. I bought the PS3 for free online gaming, great games and Final Fantasy 13.

I own 32 PS3 games as compared to 8 Blu-Ray movies... that isn't a knock on Blu-Ray movies I just don't but movies very often, but as of when I bought my PS3 I have only bought one movie that is not Blu-Ray, (Hot Fuzz)... It should be said that if you take away my TV Season Series Collections (Family Guy, Simpsons, Scrubs) I actually own more Blu-Rays than DVD's.

I use Gamefly and Blockbuster online. So I say I probably use it slightly for watching blue rays more than gaming. With a wife and two kids we like to watch movies together.

i use my ps3 more for music and videos now that divx came out. i really don't have any games to play right now. but mgs4 dmc4, gt5, tekken 6 will change that.
