i need some help. my 60gig ps3 got smashed, dont ask how, i dont wanna talk about it. any way, i managed to salvage my harddrive. so i bought a new 180 gig and figured i could just slip my 6o gig in so i didnt lose anything, and imj an idiot cause they're a different design, and it doesnt fit. So i was wondering how i could get my stuff from my old hard drive onto my new one? especially want to retrieve my online psn account and all that, so would swapping the info on the hard drives do this?

so you bought a 3.5 HDD instead of a 2.5? no way it will fit in the PS3 so why copy the files?, if the seller is nice maybe you could exchange it

your PSN - as I know of - is online, so putting your PSN ID and password in the new PS3 should retrieve your data
