Once you've got all the demos, go the game section on your PSP, then scroll all the way down to Memory Stick. Enter this section, and you should see a list of the games you have stored. Just start them up and it should boot!

Controls:
R1= Rotate camera 45 Degrees Right
L1= Rotate camera 45 Degrees Left
Triangle= Tilt camera Up
X= Tilt camera Down
Square= Zoom Out
Circle= Zoom in
Analog Stick= Tilt World to guide blob
Up/Down Arrow= When you have multiple blobs, you can change the focus from the center between them all, or to the largest blob.
Left/Right= When you have multiple blobs, this change the focus from one blob to another.

Saw this last night on yourpsp.com (europe's offical psp site), but you have to be signed up to it directly from them. Was going to rehost it, but gugatrons beat me too it (needed some sleep!).

Here is a rehost of Europe's zip file (20MB) for those who can't get it from yourpsp.com. (I'll update with sony's link from the us site when it is up, it says it will be there soon).
-Click on the "DOWNLOAD" button in the lower right.
-Click the link that says "Download this file now" at bottom of page.
-A download pop-up window should appear, save the file to your computer
**This is a Zip file (because there is more then one file needed) so download this to your computer FIRST and not directly to your PSP***
Unzip the file and you'll end up with a folder "UCES00206" , and TWO files "EBOOT.PBP" 5.4MB and "data.drm" 15.1MB. *Both files are needed to run the demo.* Copy "UCES00206" folder to your PSP's memory stick PSP/GAME/
OR create a new folder in PSP/GAME when in USB mode, name it "UCES00206" and copy "EBOOT.PBP" and "data.drm" into it to make sure you have your folders right.
