2008-2009 goty

ok, well me and my friend had this argument that if resident evil 5 came out in 2008, like it was supost to, that it would have won GOTY instead of MGS4. I think that MGS4 would still have won but he thinks that RE5 is better. What do you think would win GOTY if they were in the same year??

Uh, I suppose if Killzone 2 was released last year if MIGHT have gotten GOTY, though I think MGS4 is undisputed champion for last year, there's not really anything that came close.

MGS4 is a classic and there is nothing in 2008-2009 that could even come close to this game in overall quality. MGS4 was clearly a 10 in every respect.
